EFFECTS OF TAKING APPLE CIDER VINEGAR EVERY MORNING
The next day onward, I began my mornings with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and half a teaspoon of honey, with a cup of warm water. I followed this practice every single day for a month, and here’s what I observed:
