1. Balanced diet
Adopt a balanced diet that includes a good amount of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins. This helps to maintain proper body function and reduces the risk of chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular issues.
2. Regular exercise

3. Stress management
