Effective Exercises For A Full Body Workout:
1. Jumping jacks
This is a great full body workout, provided you move really fast. Just stand with feet hip width apart, and jump your feet open as you raise your arms in an X shape. Jump feet back together, as you lower your arm!
2. Wall sit
This exercise targets your quads,glutes and harmstrings. Stand with your back to a wall. Place your feet away from the wall, as you slide your back down the wall, and lower your body until the hips, knees and ankles are at a 90-degree angle.
This exercise helps your chest, shoulders, triceps and abs. Start in a plank position, with wrists under shoulders, and core engaged. Lower your chest to the floor, keeping legs, hips and back in a straight line. Press into palms to push back up.
