Want to know how you can get into the boat pose? Follow these steps:
Step 1: Lie down on the yoga mat. Keep your legs straight and your arms by your sides.
Step 2: Take a deep breath and while you exhale, lift your legs off the floor. Simultaneously lift your torso and arms off the ground as well. Ensure your arms are stretched towards your legs and not towards the ceiling.
You might find the balancing act slightly difficult in the beginning but will be able to hold it well after a couple of tries!
